Registered Dental Assistant
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Open Dental experience
- Chairside assisting in general dentistry procedures
- Taking digital X-rays
- Deliver smooth, stress-free patient experiences
- Assisting with impressions, temporaries, and clinical setups
- Maintaining sterilizations and OSHA-level infection control
- Keeping the energy positive and workflow efficient
Front Desk Associate
- Dental front desk experience preferred
- Strong understanding of PPO insurance and breakdowns
- Organized, detailed, and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable discussing finances and collecting payments
- Maintain a positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
Revenue Cycle Management Associate
- Highly proficient in MS Excel
- Dental billing experience required
- Strong understanding of PPO plans and EOB analysis
- Familiarity with claims appeals
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable reviewing financial reports and metrics
- Solutions-driven mindset
- Understand the production versus collection strategy
- Have experience cleaning up aging AR
- Enjoy building systems, not just following them
