Your First Visit
When you arrive, you’ll be warmly greeted by a team member who will assist you with getting checked in as you wait in our inviting, calming reception lounge. Once it’s time for you to be seen, we’ll take you back to one of our treatment rooms where we’ll perform an oral examination and begin reviewing the details of your visit and treatment plan. Both Dr. Medi and Dr. Khan enjoy getting to know patients, and they’re also more than happy to answer any specific questions you have about your oral health, so feel free to ask what’s on your mind. Our goal is for you to have a better understanding of your smile by the end of your visit, as well as a clear path toward future oral wellness. Before you leave, we’ll also be sure to help you schedule your next visit.

We kindly ask that you handle these forms prior to your appointment; this helps us keep things moving during your appointment so that we can spend more time focusing on your oral care. Dental insurance is one of the wisest investments you can make in your dental health, which is why our office is proud to be in-network with most PPO plans. Our knowledgeable team is also more than happy to assist you with reviewing your plan and maximizing your benefits; don’t hesitate to call us for assistance. We can also verify your insurance when you schedule your appointment with us.
